Kale Chips

Who else is a potato chip lover?! I seriously cannot even keep them in the house because I will eat an entire bag, in one sitting, by myself. I have no self control!

Enter Kale Chips into my life --- the crunch, the salt, with none of the icky icky ingredients, calories, or grease!!

These are kid and husband approved --- and often requested! Super easy, quick, and a no brainer in my opinion!


  • Kale
  • sea salt
  • olive oil (or olive oil spray)
  • parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Strip kale off of stems and break into bite size pieces, wash and dry thoroughly.
  3. Spread out kale over baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil or spray with olive oil spray.
  5. Sea salt to taste.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are brown
  7. Top with parmesan cheese!
  8. Enjoy!
