How to COMEBACK After You Lose Your Steam

So 2016 came --- and like many of you, I have BIG resolutions for the New Year, right? We usually do great for a couple of weeks, and then we start to lose steam. Life gets in the way. We lose our vision, right?

My January was one of the CRAZIEST months of my life and I totally let it derail me! I was having AMAZING success using The Master's Hammer and Chisel and we were just about halfway through the program when I had to travel for 10 days.

THAT is when things started to fall apart.

I could go on and on about the excuses and why I stopped working out, why I felt defeated ---- but I won't! Because that won't make me MOVE forward!

February is a BRAND new month to really take control. I'm dubbing it my COMEBACK month. I hit the workout hard yesterday and today and I plan on making February GREAT. I am worth every workout, meal, and sacrifice. My goals are now BIGGER than my excuses.

The first step to recommit to your goal is to do just that --- recommit! Put the plans back into motion. Then, you have to figure out HOW you are going to make it happen. A priority!
